    Tools > Options > Text Editor > Visual Basic > Code Style > Naming.

    From there change the severity or delete the rule entirely.

    Go to Tools |Options, then look at the Text Editor | VB | Code Style options. I believe that what you want is on the Naming menu. These are a series of heirarchical rules for how things get named, capitalization, and so forth. It can get quite complicated, as you can add your own style rules and so forth, along with indicating whether you get a suggestion a warning or an error.
