[RESOLVED] Can't create any ODBC tracing logs

I may not have permissions, I modified missing registry keys that were missing.
So far nothing works.
ODBC manager not allowing me to do some things even though I run as administrator.

Which tells me I dont have the ability to create a log as some videos show people clicking those option and it working

i switched to Dell 7530 laptop, fixed the registry entries, and managed to get one single trace file done.
Afterwards the process completely fails,
A one and done.
But the trace log did create to show several failures with my program I was hoping to capture, and I zipped it up and sent it to MariaDB support.

Something is awfully wrong about the process of these trace logs.

I fix Microsoft's goofs.
The ODBC manager does not create missing registry keys.
