Question create hyperlink using sheet number, rather than its name.

Is it possible to insert a hyperlink to a specific sheet in my workbook, but specified by a formula or so?. All I can do now is specify a sheet by its (current) name. This works as long the sheet name has not changed, but as soon as I rename the sheet, the link is broken.
So instead of having a link like:
    Code:
    'month3'!A1
    , something like:
    Code:
    ' "month" & C1'!A1
IGNORE THIS QUESTION: I found a method using =HYPERLINK("#!shtnam'!cell","frndlynam") construction.
    (apparently I can't delete my post ...)
