The old Silverlight applications in the modern browsers without any plugin
Hi community!
Let's make a buzz in the forgotten segment. B-)
I believe it could be beneficial for the members of this forum to share information about the release of OpenSilver. OpenSilver 2.0 has been officially released, introducing unique features that may prove valuable to this community.
For those who are not aware what is OpenSilver? OpenSilver is an open-source alternative to Microsoft Silverlight, empowering developers to build rich and interactive web applications using C# and XAML, and OpenSilver 2.0 supports VB.NET as well.
OpenSilver uses Mono for WebAssembly and Microsoft Blazor to run Silverlight applications on modern browsers without browser extensions.
Happy coding!
