If you are going to use a JSON library then it helps a lot to use one that has documentation. Preferably in your own language to minimize difficulty in understanding.

Is there Italian documentation of. . . anything?

In Italy last time I wanted a menu in English (not my native tongue) they said to use Google Translate w/ my phone's camera to translate it to whichever language I want (which made me feel like a boomer for a bit).
