Resolved [RESOLVED] Which install builder is it?

Hi, 1) Can someone recognize which install builder does Labcenter Proteus made from?

    2) If they made their own installer, I'm not interested. Instead, please tell me where can I find a list of Visual Studio compatible, low cost, good-looking setup builders? Already used Microsoft's tool and quite happy with it. Once I saw on a friend's product made by famous InstallShield, good looking but expensive and too complicated. I know I have a lot of choices to pick. All experienced advices are welcome here...

Most likely it is a custom (and domestic) one. I'm using a good looking 3rd party pro deployment tool which you can see remarkably similar themes here.

This question has nothing to do with VB.NET. Moved to Application Deployment.
