can i write like a cell phone?

when i start writing, on cell phone, i notice 2 things:
1 - the 1st letter is upper case or after a '.';
2 - when i use some letters, i can get a word compare list.
on Windows, i use Win10, is there a program\tool for help me too on writing?

MS Word and probably most word processing apps will do those...

Chromes spell check will do the word list.

I use the Brave browser which uses Chromium under the hood and it has the spell/grammar check. It isn’t an action bar like iOS, but you can right-click the underlined text to apply the suggestion.

Disable or Enable Suggestions For Touch Keyboard in Windows 10

It is possible to enable or disable Text Suggestions (Text Prediction) for the touch keyboard app.

The text suggestion feature for the touch keyboard is enabled by default. It can be disabled in Settings. When enabled, Windows 10 will display a line with text suggestions while you are typing in a text area.

Well, it certainly isn't working here on this forum. I think that first and foremost you need to go on a grammar refresher course. Use of the shift key is not difficult and in order to avoid replies like this, regular usage of it is a requirement.
