    I promise you that O.P. might have been loosely based upon English but with many important grammatical and vocabulary elements missing. There are skills involved in writing a proper bug report or requesting a response for technical assistance. If you don't understand the importance of communication then you are hampering your own efforts to obtain help. People simply will not answer your requests if they feel they do not understand your problem fully, or feel that it is pointless trying to help you as your communication skills are so poor.
