    Encryption

How should I alter this statement to add an encryption setting:-

    Me.TableAdapterManager.UpdateAll(Me.SafeDataSet)

    Something like this : Me.TableAdapterManager.Encrypt.UpdateAll(Me.SafeDataSet)

    Any help appreciated

There is no such thing. You would either enable an encryption option in the database, in which case the table adapter and DataSet wouldn't have to care about it, or else you would need to encrypt and decrypt individual values within each DataTable yourself.

Depending on the database, there may be the option to enable encryption via the connection string. That would be something for you to research regarding your specific database.
