    Question how that vb6 display works (about twips and pixels)

    how that vb6 works, I know they are smaller than pixels 1 twips = 0.0666666667 pixels
    impossible to put on a monitor (i think vb6 uses some bigger pixels on display)

    What do you want to do with Twips?
    The relation between twips and pixels is in Screen.TwipsPerPixelX and Screen.TwipsPerPixelY

    This also applies to things like printers and both analog and digital plotters and laminated plastic sign milling machines.
