Thanks for the feedback. I keep seeing people with attachments that are invalid and I was trying to work out exactly how they were adding them. All the attachments in this thread are valid for me but that last one looks the same as the invalid ones and the fact that it's invalid for you confirms it. That was added via the Insert Image button on the inline editor's toolbar, rather than clicking Go Advanced and then using Manage Attachments. Now I know what to tell people to not do. I might send some feedback to the admins too.
