Startup Form Dropdown List Not Populated

I am having this problem with VS2022 that suddenly Project Properties > Application > Startup Form dropdown list is not populated. I have reinstalled VS2022 but to no avail. So I copied the entire project directory, pasted and run it on another computer (PC2) and viola, forms are listed (see picture). Saved the project and pasted it back to PC1 and reopened > list is NOT populated gain.




Am I missing any setting in my Visual Studio in PC1? Please help as I have not seen any helpful search result. Thank you.

Maybe flush local appdata

Win+Run %localappdata%

delete project folder and maybe even visual studio folders.

probably should make backups
