codebank. lots of free code to create any kind of tools.
I wouldn't be surprised if mz-tool/codesmart have been learning or even taking sources from here to create such tools.

There is rubberduck (which works within VBA - but likewise vb6 IDE) and is quite powerful.
In case links are blocked .. just google for rubberduckvba (which is a .com domain)

    greetings

MZ-tools was free in its 3.0 incarnation. So, if you can find an old download or use the wayback machine as shown above vb6 can benefit from the enhancements in 3.0, despite being old, still very good indeed. If you can afford the current mz-tools licence it is a real boon and pays back the author for the time he put into a very useful enhancement. If you have been using 3.0 for years, it is worth paying him for the time he has saved you.

In addition VBAdvance is a very useful addition and can be found here, complete with a licence.

    - and again, I also use Codehelp IDE extender which you can find on the old planetSourceCode CD as the website mentioned in this older post has now passed on....

I have tried Thierry's vbIDETools and they were good on their own but with what extra functionality Codehelp, VBAdvance and Mz-tools provided I found his vbIDETools to ultimately be unnecessary addition due to duplication.

By the power invested in me, all the threads I start are battle free zones - no arguing about the benefits of VB6 over .NET here please. Happiness must reign.
