Have you contacted Mobilize.net?
They published this video.

They have a sample in github: https://github.com/MobilizeNet/SKSWebMap
The process begins with the conversion of the VB6 code to C#, and then the C# code is converted to ASP.NET. So, this video doesn't show VB6 code executing in a web browser...
There's a way to "execute" your program in a web browser: https://www.cybelesoft.com/thinfinity/virtualui/
With VirtualUI you have to add a reference in your program to an ActiveX library, add a line of code and recompile the app. Then the program can be published as a web page.
It works, but the resulting page is a bit slow. You can download a demo to see if it fits your requirements...

How should we provide an example?
You have to buy a product and/or a service.
So contact the 2 given companies
