    Can someone work on my project make it work

    I can pay money if it works right for any numbers.

    I attached my whole project here with 2 attempts I tried both failed, attempt #1 almost successful but too much things to look for in the while loop i Couldn't handle all cases.

    As you can see by the colors each of the numbers colored has a texture map on the right side of the numbers with lines indicating the direction of the movement from start to end.

    What I'm trying to do, given the
    Question: 1 2 4 3 1 2 3 4 3 2 1 8 2 1 2 2
    with
    Bits of 0 0 1 1 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0
    Bits are used to seperate the numbers into rows, you can do this by hand most of it but overlooked parts are required with bits.

    What I'm trying to do is generate the Answer values from the Question and Bits.

    Answer of: 1 2 1 3 4 3 8 2 2 1 3 4 2 1 2

    Can someone good at vb.net help me for $.

    I have 1 small problem I need help with is lexicographical numbers picking the next number which comes soonest from a 2d array. I can throw in 25$ dollars for the help. Can someone contact me on a messenger
