    What developer tools do you mean?
    VB6 comes on 2 CD's which should contain everything to get you started.

    I assume the question is really, where can I get Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0?
    p.s. but the earlier posts indicates that vb6 is available to use, so I'm not sure...

    Yeah I have no idea what is meant in the OP given that VB6 is a developer tool and comes with many optional components included.
    Perhaps it refers to the developers reference manuals which of course are also included with VB6 or perhaps asking about 3rd party controls, APIs, add ins.
