i'm review math from scratch.
i need undertsand somethings on Math subtration(minus):
1 - how can i subtract the low number with big number: 45 -312?
2 - how can i subtract a number with several zeros?
sample 1: 3000 - 234

Re: how subtrat numbers(minus)?
after read the Arnoutdv and seen a video about subtraction, i learned...
1 - how can i subtract the low number with big number: 45 -312?
here we change the signal and the result must be negative:
45 - 312 => 312-45 =267... but the signal was minus... so the result is -267
2 - how can i subtract a number with several zeros?
sample 1: 3000 - 234
the 3000 is 'converted' to 299'10':
299 10
- 23 4
--------------
276 6
3000-234 = 2766
sample 2: 3004 - 237
here it's the same:
3004 must be 'converted' to 299'14':
299 14
- 23 7
--------------
276 7
3004-237 = 2767
thank you so much for all to all

I don't see the problem. I'd always recommend the Decimal datatype if you need precision and accuracy
