vb.net picturebox to excel cell

Hi;
I want to first find the size of the picture in the picturebox and then convert it from RGB to Black-White.
Then if the color value is 0 or 1, how do I do it in excel as cells (x, y) .color

sample : excel cell(x,y).value = picturebox1.(x,y). color
