VB6 Document Management - Takeover

Hello consultants,
I'm kicking around the idea of having someone take over an old document management system, with a few clients left.
It's a fairly powerful VB6 document management app that's probably too big to convert to .net.
It would probably be better if the consultant or company is in the greater Seattle, WA area, as most of the clients may want a visit in the future.
I'm brainstorming here. All comments wanted!!!

1. Okay, you're looking for someone to take over a document management system with only a few remaining clients, and this system was made in vb6? If correct, then what is your question to the other forum users?
2. So, it is too big to convert to vb.net, again what are you asking?
3. So whoever is going to take over your document management system should be somewhere in the greater Seattle WA area? Is that really necessary in this day and age with the internet?

Any way, it seems like a bit of an odd question for a vb6 forum.
