Re: Games in Vb.net
At this point I'm working on a 3d game, have most of the engine done, vb.net 19. Have not played much with other types of games with this vb version, but would pitch in if people want to learn or work on engines for Donkey Kong or scrolling types. There seems to be Bitblt issue with this version and not much directx support, so using built in code for now.

no it is not a job site, it is a site to train your coding skills through games. You can choose the language and they are tons of coding challenges.

Re: Games in Vb.net
Apparently noone seen my Flappy Bird game in VB.Net You can find it in my signature.
Although I been programming games for decades, C++ and Java (through Android) have been my go to places to make games for good reason; more power. Support for graphics libraries such as DirectX has been a dead end on VB.Net for years, literally at 9.0c. Were at DirectX 12 now.

Re: Games in Vb.net
The signature is the bottom part of the post (in my case starting with the MVP logo, in Jacobs case starting with "Useful Forum Tips:").
If you can't see them, at the top-right of the page click on "Settings", then on the next page "General Settings" (direct link: https://www.vbforums.com/profile.php?do=editoptions ), and tick the "Show Signatures" box.
Jacobs "Flappy Bird" link is the last one of the big block of links.
