I have noticed the same problem for a month or so and also I am missing new post replies.
I have a yahoo account so no Gmail issues.
I haven't checked for logged in and stuff but I'm at the forums for a long time so I would know how my email and replies flow goes and clearly there is an issue.
Have you changed anything on the Forum email wise the past few months?
Maybe the Email server is getting full an is cutting emails down?
There have been NO changes on the Site's Server side that would affect outgoing emails.
We have 12 OTHER Forum sites and have NOT had a "massive" amount of complaints that would normally be generated "IF" an issue were on the Server Side.
YOUR profile has an option-> Receive Admin Emails which you have set to NO.
Me thinks you'll get better results if you change that to YES.
Adding -> forums@vbforums.com to your White List/Approved List on Yahoo would help.... Switching to a @GMail.com account is something else to consider.

I haven't ever touched the profile settings. So OK I switched "Receive Email from Administrators" .
Again, I did not say that I don't receive emails at all, just said that they are not coming as previously and have a month or so to receive more than one email reply from a thread.
My yahoo spam folder is empty, vbforums emails , when they come around are always on the inbox folder .

I've done everything you mention except changing my email account, because, I don't want to change my email account.
Unless you implying that only Gmail works that, in that case I prefer not to receive email from the forum.
I have the same thing than Sapator. Most of the time I don't get the emails about the threads I follow and I didn't change anything. But it is not an issue for me as I go on the forum everyday several times.

About contacting yahoo. I don't see the point as some emails come through and some not, so it's not that nothing is coming to my email box.
Also as a previous experience of our company contacting Gmail for an issue , that took a couple of weeks of communication, i really Really REALLY don't want to contact yahoo but i think that if a blocking is done from an email client on multiple users then the one that aught to contact the email company is vbforums, not the users.

On other an forum I go (https://www.developpez.net/forums/f4...gages/vb-net/) if you get a message because of a response on a thread and you don't go to see it, you won't get other emails for more responses until you go to see the thread. Maybe it is the same here. I say that because I got one email for the response of Steve but not for the response of Sapator.

I think you misunderstood.
If the email issue is happening for a lot of member you can report that to yahoo. I bet there is a form or something. Unless it's not yahoo specific and all email clients are blocking some emails from the site. Then you have to get to the whitelist again. There is a procedure that the company does to get whitelisted because we are probable sending 5-10.000 email daily but I don take part on that procedure and we are on lockdown now so I can't ask someone.

I had forgotten about that "rule." There is no sense that the system send me a second email about 2kaud has replied when I in theory will come here to see sapator's reply.
Wi-fi went down for five minutes, so I had to talk to my family....They seem like nice people.
Fine but I did not get either your reply or 2kaud reply and I was not logged in when either of you replied.
Are you sure you are not blacklisted on yahoo?

I'm seeing reply's coming OK on my yahoo account now. I don't know what changed, I did not do anything different or changed something in the last couple of months...
Something happening here occurring too, I was receiving occasional notifications by email but for a few days previously I received none for approx. three days. Now they are hitting my mailbox again. Strange. No changes here. The email account I am using is one that has existed since 1990 and works in all other respects.
