Windows 10 DPI Scaling?
Does the latest Windows 10 version have a different (better) method of handling DPI scaling? i've noticed that recent versions seem to do a better job of scaling older VB6 programs?
LaVolpe posted a terrific explanation of DPI Awareness and differences in the way versions of Windows handles DPI scaling (here).

Re: Windows 10 DPI Scaling?
As far as I know nothing has changed in the last 4 years. What's your idea of "latest?"
I suppose it might be possible that GDI Scaling gets applied to more code detected as legacy than originally. Anything lacking a manifest declaring Vista-awareness is automatically marked "legacy."

i've been testing on Win10Pro update 2004, with some vb6 programs, no manifest. seems that scaling with DPI settings 150% or 200% are producing better results than previous versions? Certainly better than Win7 with same settings.
