How do i change this using an external visual basic app that i wrote

Hello here I am again, now I need to know how to change the XHTML property which is called: swFrame to being set using a VB Button in an App that using my HTML Document as a Resource. Then for instance I like to press the button: "Next" this should be able to goto the next value of swFrame, which is 2. Thus being from the default value of being 1. Then "Back" should then goto the reserve order of the values, even like so. Then I am also looking to have a iframe to divide up the XHTML file, using the terms, called: "Body" and then "Text". These appear inside two different WebBrowser Controls, like so.

    !! Thanks in advance !!
