Question design a PDF-layout in Visual Studio 2019

    Hi

I am about to take over an old VB6-project (Windows Forms) and turn it into a VB.NET project.
There is a PDF-printout in this project and the old VB6-IDE has a PDF-designer (not sure if this is a feature of that VB6-IDE or a plugin !?) - in the Designer you are able to create a layout and link fields/labels to a database-table, my reference point here is jasperreports where I did something similar back in 2013 (for a java-program).

Now I am using Visual Studio 2019, I cannot find a similar PDF-designer - is there any ? or is it possible to fetch a plugin from the Marketplace ?

Looking for a similar tool for .NET and VS-2019.
What I can find now is iText 7, does that come with something similar or are there other tools that the .NET-developer prefers ?

Hoping that you can give me some advice here.

    best, i
