    Question newbie creating report questions

hello all, can you help please.
i am trying to create a database using VB2019, I am using vb.net as this is my weapon of choice,(old access user), and i need some help when it comes to reports, i need to create a report and attach records from my database , the report needs to be manually set so the text boxes are in the correct place (not in grid or table view), so this is what i need to know.
1 is it possible to have user to run the report from a button on the form and show the report with the data linked to the form on the report?
    2 if so how?
3 what is the best report extension or tool to use to do this? (is crystal good for this?) or do you recommend something else,
4 can you show me some good easy to follow tutorials to help please?
and finally being a newbie to VS can you bear with me if i cant understand any replies i get and ask for more info
