    Looking for software to divide a A4 page into multiple parts ?

    I want to print the circuit diagram of the pdf file, I have a canon 2900 printer that only prints A4 size paper, if I print A4 size I cannot see the word for the circuit diagram, do you know what software I can divide a A4 page into many parts, for example, if I want to print a A2 page, I have to divide the A4 page into 4 parts. I myself want to print in A3 size, the software automatically divides into 2 parts of A4 size. After printing, I merge it into A3, I use Acrobat Reader DC with no function of dividing A4 pages into multiple parts or vice versa, I couldn't find the software question, so I put it here.

    With acrobat reader DC you are able to do that: Print an larger format into smaller parts (not the reverse).

    the number of part will depends of the final size. When you are on the print dialog of the adobe, click on "poster" button next to the size button or choose the option "tiles large page" in page scaling (depending of the version of reader)

    I tried the case you said, when printed it also divided into 4 pages of A4 size paper but each page it does not have enlarged details to divide equally among 4 pages of A4 size, you see my attached photo file and file My dpf to print is page 47 and page 48.

    What is the size of the original picture? A3? A4?

    An A3 is 2 A4 side by side, why do you want to divide it in 4 A4?

    I don't have access to your files, the attachment doesn't work and the link is blocked by my system for security reason

    You can play with the "Tile scale"-Percentage, until it fits
    Usually, the percentage to get one bigger size is 141%
    A5-->A4
    A4-->A3
    A3-->A2
    is always 141%
    It might be smaller than 141% due to overlap margins, print-margins and what not

    Perhaps uncheck the "Tile only Large pages", so it will tile a page even if it thinks it will fit on one page. (just a guess, looking at your posted snapshot).
    p.s. (Never mind, probably not the issue).

    Thank you all for helping me only. I did it, but I did not like it because I wanted to print all the edges of the 4 sheets of A4 size paper that Acrobat Reader DC could not do, if I increased the percentage, the number of A4 sheets would increase. Do you know any other software that does this ?

    try foxit or other pdf readers
    i do my best to test code works before i post it, but sometimes am unable to do so for some reason, and usually say so if this is the case.
    Note code snippets posted are just that and do not include error handling that is required in real world applications, but avoid On Error Resume Next

    dim all variables as required as often i have done so elsewhere in my code but only posted the relevant part

    come back and mark your original post as resolved if your problem is fixed
