Cannot post a reply
I posted to a forum, see http://www.vbforums.com/showthread.p...m-display-text. However, I have been trying for days to post a reply and each time I try, I get a page that says: Something went wrong.
This happens with both Firefox and Chromium and both when I try 'Post Quick Reply' and when I 'Go Advanced'.
Please help resolve this killer issue!

Re: Cannot post a reply
The "Something went wrong" message is a security issue, but one that shouldn't really be affecting you.
It is a system designed to prevent malicious things (and not even moderators know what it does), but sometimes it can block valid posts.
Try posting part of what you wanted to, and see if that works. If it does you can edit the post to add a bit more (and repeat until finished). If it fails at some point, try again after changing the words a bit (eg: I could have used "altering" instead of "changing").
If you want to you can do all that in the Forum Test Area first, and then click the "report" icon (triangle) under the post to ask us to move it to the forum you want.

Good suggestion! Turns out the problematic line of test was a call to the system's sleep command...
