    I think you should try to redeem the coupon. Call them up and ask, "is this still good?" That ought to create enough confusion to liven up the day.

    Do you know is the Runtime version of Visual Basic 6.0 free or not?
    I just have to run applications written in VB.

    The runtime files needed are included with Windows, unless you have added some non-standard dependencies (which should be included in your install package).

    Well, the "core" runtime libraries are, but not the OCXs and other libraries shipped with the VB6 development tools.

    See Support Statement for Visual Basic 6.0 on Windows for the items you need to deploy.
