Resolved [RESOLVED] RichTextBox. No Scroll Bars.

    Howdeh. Shmee again.

Is it possible to completely remove the RichTextBox scrollbars.

The above doesn't work. As once the RichTextBox fills with text the Scroll Bars return.

As always any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks for reading.

    Re: RichTextBox. No Scroll Bars.

I know it doesn't help but I don't see that behaviour.

If I open a project, dock a RichTextBox into a form, set ScrollBars to None and fill it with text, I don't get the scrollbars appearing, even if I type into the box and fill it up more.

    VB Code:
    1. RichTextBox1.ScrollBars = RichTextBoxScrollBars.None
    2.
    3. Dim s As String = String.Empty
    4.
    5. For i As Int16 = 1 To 1000
    6.     s += "abc"
    7. Next
    8.
    9. For i As Int16 = 1 To 100
    10.     RichTextBox1.AppendText(s)
    11.     RichTextBox1.Text += s + Environment.NewLine
    12. Next
Maybe you can try that too (perhaps you have the ScrollBars property set elsewhere in your code?).

Lol. After reading your reply. I quickly realised I was setting the properties to the wrong RichTextBox. *Hits self with hard object*

    Thanks +Rep
