[RESOLVED] Image List Problem

I add Microsoft Windows Common Controls 6 SP6 - MSCOMCTL.OCX to my project.

I add the ImageList control to my form.

I right click on the ImageList control and go to properties.

I see:
Class not registered.
Looking for object with CLSID:{C27CCE35-8596011D1-B16A-00C0F0283628}

Any ideas? Any help is greatly appreciated!!

Edit: Got it fixed. I just used Regedit32 to register the MSCOMCTL.OCX.

Make sure that control is included in your installation and setup package when you roll the app out.

This wasnt a deployment error is it as I see you are in the VB IDE.
If your having problems like that you may want to make sure you have SP6 installed and/or do a repair of VB

Good suggestion. I used Regsvr32 to re-register the .ocx and the problem went away.

How did you do that regedit fix?
I tried to register the ocx by opening it and following instructions throw controls dialog and I get a message that it cannot be registered.
Did you use CMD to get to regedit?

Faihan, welcome to VBForums. But I hope you recognize that you're asking a question in a thread that hasn't been active in 17 years.

You'd do much better if you outlined your problem in a new thread you started.
