Well if i click on a link that opens up a new window it will do nothing. If i right mouse click and click open in new window once again nothing will happen. Can anyone tell me whats wrong oh yeah I am using internet explorer 5.0. Also sometimes when I start up my computer i get one of those illegal operation errors that says it was the explorer and then the computer freezes. This happens probably 1/2 the time does anyone have any idea why?

I have done what the gimpster has said to do and it still is being really messed up. I have reinstalled it like 3 times. Thanks anyway.

If you're running 98, you won't be able to just "uninstall" IE, because it is essentially a part of Windows 98. I know, because I've tried to uninstall IE before, and it doesn't work, in fact, after running the uninstall and it said it had "Successfully unistalled application" I could still run IE!!! So, just re-install IE to the same directory as your old one. That's the best thing to do.
