Resolved [RESOLVED] How to Hyperlink text in textbox

Hello all, its just annoying me again

Today my question is, how can I make a web address or email address turn into a hyperlink when displayed in a text box.

For eg. Hello my name is tony hawk, visit me at www.tonyhawk.com

How can I get the textbox to pick up that there is a web address there and make it turn into a hyperlink?

See the second post here Just change the hardcoded web address with Text1.Text or whatever your textbox is called.

You need to make sure, however, that there isn't anything in that textbox but a webaddress.

Thats the problem, There will be more info in the textbox other than an address and the only thing or things I want to look hyperlinked are the addresses and not the plain text.

Is there another way of doing this, maybe a label instead of a textbox or something?

WOW an amazing demo, that exactly what I was after aswell, So its the RichTextBox that I will have to use instead of the standard TextBox.

Thankyou very much XRsTX for that great demo and thankyou Hack for trying to help out aswell.
