    office error while i open text file using VB

    hi all i have a big problem when i run my project that open a text file and proccess it windows show office installer and say that can't find data1.msi and termenate my project what is the relationship between office and vb and text file i want a solution plz

    How are you opening the file. What program are you using to display the contents of the file? eg Notepad etc....

    Also, please try to avoid large red fonts as it will put ppl off rather than wanting to help you.
