    PHP Triad?? etc [Serious[

Im learning PHP, but am fed up with having to upload the page to my webserver before i view it. I heard there is a program called PHP triad that allos you to view PHP files in your browser from a local file.

Don't worry about having to specifically get the 'triad'. As you can see above, you need PHP, you may or may not need MySQL, and you don't need Apache. You can simply install PHP on your copy of IIS, if you have Win2K/Win98/WinXP Pro/Win2K3.

IIS are teh yuck. I use xampp. Apache/PHP/MySQL and very easy to install/configure.

Yes you need Apache as by far most web servers run Apache, not many use IIS.
