    Resolved [RESOLVED] VBAccelerator Explorer Bar

Does anyone know how put to use the click command to open up an item on the VBAccelerator Explorer Bar? I just DL'd it and I'm thinking about using it in a app.

what do you mean by 'open up an item'.

It will automatically Show/Hide the lists when you click the header bars.

If you want it to do something when the items are clicked then you code it in the item click event.

Would you mind giving me an example using that item click event with the code below

    VB Code:
    1. Set cBar = .Bars.Add(, "SPECIAL", "View Schedules")
    2.       cBar.IsSpecial = True
    3.     ' cBar.ToolTipText = "These tasks apply to picture files and folders you select."
    4.       cBar.IconIndex = 0
    5.       Set cItem = cBar.Items.Add(, "DOCTOR'S", "&Doctor's Schedule")
    6.       cItem.ToolTipText = "View Doctor's Schedule."

Well I don't know what you've called your bar:
    VB Code:
    1. Private Sub vbalExplorerBarCtl1_ItemClick(itm As vbalExplorerBarLib6.cExplorerBarItem)
    2.     Select Case itm.Key
    3.         Case "DOCTOR'S"
    4.             ' Do Stuff
    5.         Case "SOMETHING ELSE"
    6.             ' Do Other Stuff
    7.     End Select
    8. End Sub
