PaintPicture vs BitBlt
I've heard that both PaintPicture and BitBlt methods can be used to have 'non-flicky' graphics. Any opinions on which method is better/easier?

yeah just for you to know in the downloads the "animation" one taught me SO MUCH... It will certainly help you too.
