    Macro program in VB

A very basic macro program that sends out a space character to any active window. This isnt working well for me on some programs. Sometimes a program would block other programs from sending key strokes. Would there be an other way to macro on an active window?

    Thanks!

Would there be an example of this somewhere? I've been searching for this for long time now. Can you show me a short example?

What is your end goal for this? Perhaps an example could be developed if we knew exactly what the intent of your program is.

    Re: Macro program in VB

To automate some tasks for me in Windows. In some programs I need to press some keys multiple times, while in other programs I need multiple copy/paste functions, mouse moves/clicks, etc. The above attached example does most of it, but some programs block it. I've seen commercial macro programs that can send keys and mouse moves to any program, but I wanted to write my own little program that would do these tasks for me.
