    Resolved [RESOLVED] game development

    1. how can you extract/produce an icon from bitmap?

    2. To adjust the position of the picture in the program such as, if that image is there, then this will happen. how can i represent in my program?

    I use vb 6.0

    just find a image converter off of google.

    well if you are planning on using picture boxes or image controls you would ask the .top, .left, .bottom, .right propertys to see where the image you are moving is in contact with another object.

    http://www.paraben.com/html/icon.html, you can use this program to convert bitmaps to icons. I use it for all my programs and its free, it you dont mind a 4 second splash screen.
