    transperancy problem

    hi all,

    i am using visual studio .net 2002 ,

    i try to set the backcolor of label boxes to transperent so i can place only their text on other controls.

    but it doesn't work. and i dont know y

    the labelbox appears with a big gray box as if i did nothing

    can anyone suggest what is the problem

    I have a cople of posts on something like this. One post is on Code and the other is here in this group located here. In a nut shell.... controls such as labels when set to backgrounds being transparent should work and allow them to reflect whatever color is directly behind them. My links are for drawing transparency that work well with VB.NET 2002 but they may give you a better idea of how things react to being set transparent. If your having problems still you can post some of your code that you are using and myself or someone else can take a look at it with you.
