    as long as the upper left corner of the dragged pb is within the blank PB, and you release the mouse then, it should work fine. I can't duplicate what is happening on your machine. Sorry.

    To second what westconn1 says---in your search on this forum, add "Elroy". He's a user who has sort of compiled a good guide. Other than downloading SP6, it seems you have all you need.

    Never mind...found it.....B"11" equates in voice to "B ELEVEN".

    EDIT: B-11 also works. Interesting that B11 says 'B one one', yet adding the dash (or quotes) makes it say 'B11'.
