    Part of that is it was a new phenomenon. Technology just exploded and social media was brand new. It went worldwide in a flash. Laws are way behind.

    The 32 bit products I'm talking about cannot be installed on 64 bit machines. Therefore the VB 6.0 projects cannot be built on Windows 10. Once they are built on Windows 7, yes, they run on 64 bit.
