    if you want a real time update, in your timer tick you need to update your chart so you should have something like that :


    Chart1.Series(x).Points.AddXY(time, value) 'x in the number of the serie

    It delay because the .open and the .close functions take times. Serial port doesn't like to be open then close then open then close to quickly. You should open only one time your port and close it...
