Can you back up that slower execution statement? I don't believe it is true.

Yeah, we couldn't match New Zealand. There are economies of scale...but not when it comes to quarantines.

That's a very American approach. Of course, I find I have to turn on captioning when watching some British movies, cause you English don't speak English all that well, either.

I'm not sure that the binary formatter will work. For that to work, then every object has to be marked as serializable (if I remember right). The problem with that approach would be that you are...
  15. Re: How to add a form control on top of a main form control

Create your own control that does what you want.

I applaud your approach, but you can only take it so far. I don't see a clear way to make two controls do what you want, and you've largely...

We aren't at a mandatory WFH, but most appear to be doing it anyways. For me, it saves a minimum of 70 minutes of driving, and two gallons of gas. That's fairly significant.

  22. VS 2015 Re: [RESOLVED] Waking thread before thread sleep time finishes

That's the way to do it.

  25. Re: Should I learn C language for development of my website?

Re: Get nth item in a combobox

OK, so what's going wrong? There are several issues in the code, but none are clearly wrong. I would note these points:

    1) You're using something like ADO rather than ADO.NET.

    2) You appear to...
