Re: RC6 and WebView2 - Error in compiled exe

Found time to review this now - and can reproduce it on my dev-machine...

And it has nothing to do with "regfree-mode" of the RC6-Dlls - or not...

It all works (including the creation of a...

Re: RC6 and WebView2 - Error in compiled exe

When it works in the IDE and not in the compiled Exe -
then this might be caused by "non-matching binaries in the Exes \Bin\-Folder" -

    Re: RC6 issue with RegisterRC6inPlace.vbs

Ok, I'll try to place these two entries in the RC6.vbp for the next (6.0.5) release.
(it's "cheap enough" to do, maybe it helps with XP-compatibility).

    Re: RC6 issue with RegisterRC6inPlace.vbs

These problems are related to the new WebView2-support via WebView2Loader.dll -
for which a typelib exists, which is referenced by the RC6.dll-Project internally (though not exposed to the outside)....
  5. Re: In vbRichClient5 sqlite, the "indexed by" clause sometimes gives a runtime error

So, basically can I conclude from the above that when an indexed by is used and Sqlite does not throw an error, then Sqlite will for sure use that index no matter what (even if that index may even...

  7. Re: [RESOLVED] Logic Help (Recode Select Case to Function)

I think the function-name makes sense also in its normal english meaning (for "clamp" or "clamping" or "boxing smth. in").

    ClampToMultiplesOf(4, availableSpace)

I don't think the MSChart supports this.

  9. Re: Icon loaded from resource DLL gets blurred, but fine if loaded in IDE

IMO it definitely is (because it is an MS-specific container-file, which requires MS-platform-APIs to "fill-in" and "read out").

    Exactly.

But there are many better suited (multi-platform)...

  11. Re: Icon loaded from resource DLL gets blurred, but fine if loaded in IDE

    Well, and 150% applied to 16 is: 1.5 * 16 = 24
(I've given an example for that calculation already in #13 - for 250% DPI-Zoom)

So there's no need to consult some cranky, age-old Icon-APIs -...

    I think so as well...

So, why not "ban" this old-fashioned way to store resources for good?

These days I use either SVGs or PNGs (in a decent enough size, usually 64x64 or 48x48),
