    See https://www.geonames.org/export/ws-overview.html

The documentation for each API lists the URL(s) used for it.

    Re: Filtered Recordset Structures

It isn't as simple as that.

In the degenerate case of the most expensive (client-side cursor) Recordset that's true. But in server-side cursor Recordsets there is a lot more going on.

What else do you think assignment might mean?

Yes, array assignment copies the values. Both should be dynamic arrays and of the same data type.

    Re: Listview Row Color

Keep in mind the hazards of hot dog stand polychromatic user interfaces.

"Selected" means something different from "on" (Value = True).

An option group always has one member control "on" even in a group of 1 control.

    Re: Paint PNGs via DrawIconEx()

    Ouch.

If you want to use any of the code above please note that in several cases there are bugs. The glaring one is where "UBound(Bytes) - 1" was used when it should be "+ 1" instead.

    Sorry...

Experiment and you can find lots of ways to use PNG images instead of jaggier alternatives or hand-tooled antialiasing.

  13. Re: What is the best way to use a Constant

Ideally you give data, including constants, only as much exposure as necessary. Since things aren't ideal we often end up over-exposing data, but that doesn't imply this should be a programmer's...
  14. Re: What is the best way to use a Constant

Global constants are like wearing socks with sandals. You can do it, but there are very few cases where it is appropriate.

Re: Corona virus, China major city lockdowns, etc.
