    Host gave me a typical useless answer eventually...comes down to "if you want this, pay for it" typical answer I get...

    Opened my website this morning ( a wordpress installation) and my site is "gone"....some arab writing and picture, with a "hacked by hammad" title! (Don't open my site...dunno it will damage you!)

    Yep...hard refresh is what I resort too also (though I still need to do that several times, driving me nuts)

    Thing with hard refresh is just it reload all your css/javascript/images. Not always...

    Double-Click it, and click "Edit Feuture Settings" in the right pane. Now just turn off caching.
