    ok, Found the problem after all!

    I had a bigger loop outside of this Loop, but the GOTO there was going to the wrong goto statement inside LOOP2.

    All fixed now!

    REMEMBER TO TEST THIS BY SETTING YOUR SYSTEM LOCALE TO CHINESE!

    Loop_1 = 0.17
    Loop_2 = 0.18
    (sometimes other way round) it's 0.17/0.18 with each execution.
