    Re: Decent javascript IDE

    Forgive me if I don't follow but isn't the "forms" html and not javascript?

    Anyway, thanks for mentioning RJTextEd, I will try it if it's better than Notepad++. I tend to use Notepad++ most of the...

    Made some progress with the jqueryui datepicker since I asked this question. Though other recommendations are most welcome.

    Thanks for the suggestions, I am looking at them. I will be needing this for PHP though I am sure it's going to be a "frontend" need.
  4. [RESOLVED] Needs suggestions: Appointment System

    I need to develop an appointment system wherein there would be a maximum of allowed persons per day. What calendar is best suited for this task? I just would like to enable selection of specific...

    It may have been more expensive but I am glad of that decision, my machine was lagging a lot due to 100% disk usage before I upgraded, it became noticeably faster after the upgrade. It is now at par,...

    I have i5 8GB ram at home, and it is sufficient for my development purpose, and certainly my browsing needs. The one thing that I upgraded was to use SSD instead of HDD.

    Re: Allow letter & Number in TextBox

    Welcome to the forums.

    You could try using a Masked Edit Control and use ?-### as its mask, though it will allow any alphabet in the first character. You could probably check if the first...
  10. Re: Detecting and avoiding duplicate data stored in a loaded CSV

    I mean, increment the # for each iteration, something like

    a = 1
    loop
    a = a + 1
    label = "labelname" & a

    Or do you mean you just need the label # to be unique for the same MACHINE NAME...
  11. Re: Detecting and avoiding duplicate data stored in a loaded CSV

    If LABELNAME# is unique for all rows then can't you just increment it in each iteration?

    This appears to work

  17. Re: How can I add a form to my project. The form is in another test project?

    I just copy the form (frm and frx) from the source folder to the destination folder then just add it as an existing item. You could try removing the form first from your destination project, delete...

    Re: Prevent Form_Activate

    I am not sure there is a way to circumvent it from firing. I am thinking perhaps you could just hide form2 and prevent it from being closed, but I am not sure it will not fire the activate event.

    Re: SQL Query to eliminate duplicates

    Don't you have a unique RoomID? Perhaps you could just select the unique rooms with guests for the rooms booked? And you could try adding the ClientID and RoomWithClientID for the no. of clients?
