The JTextFields are in an array. Now...

it doesn't matter anyways since I had to send the problem in 2 days ago, but well I am not sure if body is the correct term.
linearly dependent is though. Here's an explanation:
u,v,w are vectors...
-
yeah but I was asking the other way round in the first place so knowing the vectors are linearly dependent.
Also you don't need perpendicular vectors to make a space...
this can be shown in a...

well why not learn vb by programming games? that's the way I did it, of course the first projects failed pretty much, but who cares... just don't try making a 3d shooter with roleplay elements and...

Hey Everyone!
This is a question for the ppl that have been around for some years. In the year 2000 or 2001 somebody posted some pretty addictive tetris-style game, which was pretty well recieved. I...

Thanks a lot!
By seperating the term, it was easy to prove.
There is also a way to do it with sums so I don't have to put "...". But I am pretty sure you could come up with that as easily as you...

I hope the notation is alright for you, I just asked a friend over ICQ and he didn't get it, so I came back to explain. I hope noone considers this spamming, since this question was on top anyways.

Hey everyone!
Well here's my question:

Sum(i=1,n,(1/(i(i+1)))=n/(n+1)
I know that it should be pretty simple but right now I don't know where to start, since I am not...

-
well all of that wouldn't be an issue using the x and the y component :)
-
alright since you have to calculate the x and the y component of your movement every time you should directly store those values instead of doing the same calculation over and over again. that way...
-
aight I'll give it a shot (at least over my vacations) if I can't find enough time I will have at least made a start for someone else (there's quite a bunch of germans around here)

I hope you found everything you needed otherwise I am really sorry to have turned your thread to chit chat :(

well a basic rule for games:
save memory when possible
if you can get speed from sacrificing memory do it. (as long as it runs on a 256MB machine without having half it's data in the page file)

my programs don't have bugs

nah well you are right :)

I think there is a built in function to turn pic by 180 but still I wouldn't use it becaues you lose time everytime you do so. I would load the pics two times one that's facing right and a nother one...

well one thing many people forget.. it is not just a lot of programming and designing in 3d programs, but also long periods of planning.
