    I am certain I registered the .dll's when I tried it on another device but apparently I did something wrong.

    I tried re-regestering the .dll and now it works.

    Though I might have found the culprit, I apparently have registered the .dll in that folder instead under syswow64 where it should be.

    It turned out I had just registered the .dll on a weird location, nothing else.
